Sika 1 Pre-bag Screed Mortar is part of the Sika 1 Pre-Bagged Structural Waterproofing System. It’s comprised of a new formulation which contains specially graded aggregates of sand cement and additives to produce waterproof floor screeds that resist water pressure above ground level.
