Parex Fixopierre
Parex Fixopierre improves the adhesion of facade renders by reducing the risk of drying out before hardening. Used as a base regulator onto render, masonry and concrete substrates and particularly suitable for use with Parex lime render products designed for the restoration of old substrates.
As a substrate regulator (on porous substrates: wet the substrate first).
- Creating a key coat or bonding coat when mixed with products designed for restoration of old substrates e.g. Parex lime range of renders.
- Preparing substrates as a primer coat for rendering onto e.g. stone, masonry, terracotta, bare earth (cob, adobe, witchet etc), shuttered concrete, aircrete concrete, traditional or one-coat renders, decorative stones or bricks.
Technical Characteristics
- Appearance: milky white liquid.
- Nature: dispersion of ethylene vinyl acetate. n Diluted when mixed with water.
- Dry extract: 25%.
