It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How much Sika 1 Pre-Bagged Spritz Mortar do I need?
Mix each 25 kg bag of Sika 1 Pre-bag Spritz Mortar with 5.5L of clean water. A mixed 25kg bag of Sika 1 Pre-bag Spritz Mortar will yield ~12.3L of mortar which is sufficient to cover ~2m2 at 6mm thick.
How do I prepare the surface before using Sika 1 Pre-Bagged Spritz Mortar?
WALLS/BRICK:
All existing treatments shall be completely removed and the exposed surfaces roughened by mechanical or water blasting techniques, followed by washing down and brushing to ensure full removal of all loose material. Mortar joints should be bonded and sound. Any defective mortar joint should be raked out to a depth of 12.0mm and repointed using Sika 1 Pre-bag Finishing Mortar made up with clean water.
WALLS/CONCRETE:
All laitance shall be removed to expose coarse aggregate by mechanical or water blasting techniques. On new concrete walls a retarder can be applied to the face of the shuttering followed by wire brushing and washing of concrete surfaces.
