It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is SikaProof A12?
SikaProof A12 is a sheet membrane for pre-applied fully bonded below ground waterproofing of reinforced concrete structures.
What equipment do I need to install SikaProof A12?
- Tape measure
- Marking pen
- Razor knife

- Clean lint-free cloth
- Metal straight edge for cutting
- Protective sheet for cutting
What types of surfaces can I apply SikaProof A12 to?
SikaProof A-12 membrane must be applied on a sufficiently stable substrate to avoid movement during the construction works. Substrate surface must be smooth, uniform and clean. Large gaps and voids (> 12–15 mm) must be filled before membrane installation. Substrate can be damp or slightly wet, ponding water must be avoided. Suitable membrane fixing substrates include:
- Concrete blinding
- Formwork
- Rigid thermal insulation
- Plywood sheets / forms
