Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday after midday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).

Any orders placed Monday to Friday before midday will be processed and dispatched the same day.

What is Sikaflex-403 Tank & Silo?
Sikaflex-403 Tank & Silo is a 1-part sealant which is resistant to organic acids as found in liquid manure and silage liquids.
How do I prepare the surface before applying Sikaflex-403 Tank & Silo?
The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free of all contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, cement laitance, old sealants and poorly bonded coatings which could affect adhesion of the sealant.
The substrate must be of sufficient strength to cope with the stresses induced by the sealant during movement.
- Use techniques such as wire brushing, grinding, grit blasting or other suitable mechanical tools to remove all weak substrate material.
- Repair all damaged joint edges with suitable Sika repair products.
- Completely remove all dust, loose and friable material from all surfaces before application of any activators, primers or sealant.
- Where joints in the substrate are saw-cut, flush away all slurry material and allow joint surfaces to dry.
Which primer do I need to use?
NON-POROUS SUBSTRATES
Enamelled steel:
- Pretreat the surface with Sika Aktivator-205 applied with a clean cloth.
Aluminium, anodised aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised steel, epoxy and fusion-bonded epoxy, powder-coated metals, or glazed tiles:
- Pretreat the surface with Sika Aktivator-205 applied with a clean cloth.
- Alternatively, prime the surface with Sika Primer-3 N applied with a brush.
Other metals, such as copper, brass and titanium zinc.
- Pre-treat the surface with Sika Aktivator-205 applied with a clean cloth.
- Wait until the flash-off time is over.
- Prime the surface with Sika Primer-3 N or Sika Primer-115 applied with a brush.
PVC substrates:
- Prime the surface with Sika Primer-215 applied with a brush.
POROUS SUBSTRATES
Concrete, aerated concrete and cement-based renders, mortars and bricks:
- Prime the surface with Sika Primer-3 N or Sika Primer-115 applied with a brush.
