Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.

When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.

What is Sika Hybriflex 25LM?
Sika Hybriflex 25LM one part, low modulus, chemically curing sealant combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies.
Do I need to use a primer?
It is unlikely that priming will be required. However, concrete must be sealed using a Sika Primer 3N.
If primer is desired on non-porous substrates use Sika Aktivator 205.
How do I prepare the surface before applying Sika Hybriflex 25LM?
All surfaces must be clean, dry and dust free. All loose or flaking surface coatings, and old sealant and mastic joints, should be removed before application.
Glass, metal and aluminium should be cleaned with a proprietary solvent cleaner prior to application for optimum adhesion. When using solvents, always ensure adequate ventilation. Avoid heat, sparks and open flames. Observe and follow all precautions listed on the solvent container label.
It is not recommended for application to surfaces that are below +5 ̊C as it is impossible to guarantee a dry, frost-free surface at these temperatures.
