It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Sika MultiSeal?
Sika MultiSeal is a self-adhesive bituminous sealing tape reinforced with an aluminium film.
Can Sika MultiSeal discolour substrates?
Yes, due to the chemical content of the tape, coatings, plastics and natural stones may discolour.
- Do not use on natural stone substrates.
- Test plastic or coated substrates for compatibility prior to use.
How do I prepare the surface before applying Sika MultiSeal?
The substrate must be of sufficient strength to cope with the stresses induced by the tape during movement.
- Prepare substrate mechanically using suitable abrading, grinding, rotating wire brush or other similar equipment.
- Completely remove all dust, dirt, loose and friable material from all surfaces with a brush or vacuum cleaner.
The Product has good overall adhesion without primers or activators to most dry, clean and sound substrates. For optimal results, follow the corresponding procedure.
NON-POROUS SUBSTRATES
- Clean and pre-treat the substrate with Sika Aktivator-205 applied with a clean towel.
- Allow a flash-off time less than 15 minutes but no more than 6 hours before applying the tape.
How do I apply Sika MultiSeal in low temperatures?
Note: Low temperatures can reduce adhesion during application.
- Warm the tape by handling it for a few minutes prior to application
- Warm the substrate prior to application using a warm air blower.
- Cut the tape to the required length. Note Overlaps between cuts must be ≥ 50 mm.
- Remove the release film and press the tape firmly onto the substrate with a hard-wheeled roller or suitable tool.
