Product Description
Sikafloor Marine-595 is a self-levelling aliphatic, low thermal conductivity 2-component polyurethane decorative floor resin. It is part of the Sikafloor Marine Deco systems for exterior use. If the Sikafloor Marine-595 needs to be accelerated, Sikafloor Marine-001 or -002 can be used.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is SikaFloor Marine-595?
SikaFloor Marine-595 is a self-leveling decorative resin with low thermal conductivity.
How do I prepare the surface before applying SikaFloor Marine-595?
Sikafloor Marine-595 is installed on top of the deck levelling compound.
Metallic decks need to be prepared to SA 2.5 (ISO 8501). Aluminium decks must not be shot blasted. The prepared metallic surfaces need to be clean, free of dirt, grease, oil and loose particles before the SikaCor ZP Primer is applied.
The application area must be protected against weather and direct sunlight.
How do I apply Sikafloor Marine-595?
Sikafloor Marine-595 is poured and spread evenly by means of a notched trowel, flat trowel or pin-rake. In critical areas a spike roller can be used to improve levelling and de-airing. For deeper sections (e.g. unevenness), it might be necessary to pre-level these sections. Ensure the pre-levelled sections have achieved “foot traffic” cure level prior to proceeding.
For liquid application on cambers and slopes multiple applications steps may be needed. Curing speed depends on temperature and layer thickness. Always consider the pot life to keep a wet edge.
