It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Sika Dustproofer?
Sika Dustproofer is a water based liquid dust proofer and concrete surface hardener.
How do I prepare the surface before applying Sika Dustproofer?
Prepare the surfaces to be cleaned by removing any oil, grease and dirt by the use of a wire brush or hard broom. Ensure all loose and friable material is removed. The resulting debris and dust should be vacuumed off. The floor must be dry before applying Sika Dustproofer.
How do I apply Sika Dustproofer?
Stir well before use. Wear rubber boots. New concrete should be a minimum of 21 days old. Pour Sika Dustproofer over the area evenly. Brush the liquid over and across the surface to ensure even penetration. Do not allow the liquid to puddle. If any material is not absorbed, mop up before drying. After 24 hours apply a second coat by the same method. A third coat may be necessary for extremely porous surfaces. 24 hours after the final coat, thoroughly wash the surface with clean water.
