It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Resiblock Superior Original Block Paving Sealer?
Resiblock Superior Original Block Paving Sealer is a urethane-based sealer that binds jointing sand and protects block paving with a natural matt finish. It penetrates deeply into the joints and pavers, curing to form a tough, flexible protective layer. It is the only product in Europe to offer a No Oil Stains Guarantee.
How does it protect paving and what benefits does it offer?
It stabilises jointing sand, prevents weed growth, and repels oil, water, food and drink stains. The protective layer reduces sand washout, resists de-icing salts and chemicals, and helps maintain the natural colour and appearance of paving over time.
How is it applied, and how much coverage will I need?
It is applied as a two-coat system for most block paving, with coverage of around 3 m² per litre for the first coat and 6 m² per litre for the second. For clay pavers, only one coat is needed at approximately 2 m² per litre.
What are the key application conditions and timelines?
Application should be carried out on a completely dry surface and jointing sand, in temperatures between 3 °C and 30 °C, with no rain expected for at least 12 hours. The second coat must be applied 3–24 hours after the first. The area should be kept free from foot traffic for 3 hours and vehicles for up to 24 hours after application.
How long does it last and what maintenance is needed?
The sealer lasts for up to 5 years, offering long-term protection, with seasonal maintenance (pressure washing) helping to extend performance. Surfaces should be kept clean, with oil spills removed promptly using detergent or Resiblock Oil and Grease Remover. Sealing will prevent weed growth from within the joint, algae and moss can no longer take hold and can be removed without effort, however regular / seasonal pressure washing will keep them at bay
