Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).

On which substrates can SikaHyflex-250 Facade be used, and what surface preparation is needed?

It adheres to a wide range of substrates: concrete, masonry, EIFS (external insulation finishing systems), precast concrete, door and window perimeters, and other façade elements.

Substrate must be clean, dry, sound, free from oils, greases, loose particles or friable material.

For non‐porous surfaces (aluminium, stainless steel, glazed tiles, etc.), pre-treatment with Sika Aktivator-205 is required; for certain metals, a primer such as Sika Primer-3 N may be needed. For porous substrates (concrete, render, brick), again cleaning and sometimes priming depending on condition
What are the service temperature range, cure-rates, and handling properties of SikaHyflex-250 Facade?

Service Temperature: −40 °C to +70 °C. Application / Ambient / Substrate Temperature for installation: between +5 °C and +40 °C; the substrate must be at least about 3 °C above the dew point.

Skinning Time: approx. 70 minutes at +23 °C / 50 % relative humidity.

Tooling Time: approx. 65 minutes under same conditions.

Curing Rate: around 3 mm per 24 hours (at +23 °C / 50 % RH).
