It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Sikafloor Level 30?
Sikafloor Level 30 is a high performance, self levelling and fast drying, cementitious screed for internal or exterior.
How do I mix Sikafloor Level 30?
For 25 kg Sikafloor Level 30 is required 5 to 5.25 l water. When mixing manually add the dry powder (25 kg) into a container with the clean water. Mix thoroughly for a minimum of 3 minutes, by use of an electric stirrer, recommended is the use of a double disc stirring paddle or a spiral mix paddle (< 500 rpm).
Maturing time: After mixing leave the material to stand in the container for ~ 2 minutes until the majority of air bubbles have dispersed.
Do I need to use a primer?
Yes;
Normal intended use of the floor
The one part acrylic primer Sikafloor-01 Primer is recommended for a pore free surface with very good surface adhesion. Refer to the relevant PDS for the recommended application details etc.
High loads intended use of the floor
Priming with epoxy resins such as Sikafloor -155WN, Sikafloor -156 or Sikafloor -161 fully broadcast with quartz sand 0.3–0.8 mm.
