SPC Supplies Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before midday will be dispatched for delivery the same day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day (except weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability.
When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note: Our offices and warehouses are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. ‘Working day’ is Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery unless ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ is stated.
If you have ordered a product that is listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ before midday on Monday to Friday your order will be processed an dispatched the same day delivered the next working day.
For example. If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Monday before midday it will be delivered the next day (Tuesday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday before midday it will be delivered the next working day (Monday).
If you order a product listed as ‘Next Day Express Delivery’ on Friday after midday it will be processed the next working day (Monday) and delivered the following working day (Tuesday).

What is Sika Reemat Premium?
Sika Reemat Premium is a is a glass fibre mat reinforcement for Decothane and Sikalastic Liquid Applied Membrane systems.
How do I prepare the surface before applying Sika Reemat Premium?
The surface must be sound, of sufficient strength, clean, dry and free of dirt, oil, grease and other contamination. Depending on the material the substrate must be primed or mechanically cleaned. Grinding may be necessary to level the surface. Suitable substrates are such as: concrete, bituminous felts and coatings, metal, brickwork, asbestos cement, ceramic tiles, wooden substrates.
How do I apply Sika Reemat Premium?
Prior the application of the liquid applied membrane the primer (if used) must have cured tack-free. For the Waiting Time / Overcoating please refer to the PDS of the appropriate primer. Areas not intended to be coated (handrails etc.) should be protected with masking tape or plastic sheeting.
Sika Reemat Premium is applied in combination with Sika Liquid Plastics Liquid Applied Membrane systems.
- Apply first coat of the Liquid Applied Membrane with a consumption rate according to the PDS of the Liquid Applied Membrane. Work only so far in advance that the material stays liquid.
- Roll in the Sika Reemat Premium and ensure that there are no bubbles or creases. Overlapping of Sika Reemat Premium must be minimum 5 cm and ensure overlaps are sufficiently wet to bond.
- The roller may require only a little extra material to remain wet but no further significant material needs to be added at this stage.
- After the coat is dry enough to walk on, seal the roof area with second coat of Liquid Applied Membrane with a consumption rate according to the PDS of the Liquid Applied Membrane.
