It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is SikaMix 3 in 1?
SikaMix 3 in 1 is a water resisting plasticiser and retarder for improving renders and screeds. It also acts as an inhibitor for efflorescence.
How do I prepare the surface before using SikaMix 3 in 1?
The surface needs to be clean and free from dust and loose material and that the structure has sufficient mechanical strength. Walls should be wire-brushed and any old paint etc. removed. All contaminants such as oil, grease, or anysurface contamination must be removed to ensure adequate development of bond when the render is applied.
When the substrate is found to be highly porous, long term bond and durability can be improved by the use of a bonding slurry consisting of cement and SikaBond SBR mixed at 1- 2:1. This should be applied to the prepared substrate immediately prior to application of the render, which should be applied ‘wet on wet’.
How do I use SikaMix 3 in 1?
- Typical dosage: 250 – 500 mL per 25 kg of cement. Dosage rates to achieve the desired workability will depend on the class of mortar, ambient temperature, sand quality and cement type.
- SikaMix 3 in 1 should be dispensed into the mixture with the gauging water.
- Where multiple layers of render are to be applied, ensure previous layer is thoroughly scratched to assist the bond.
- All subsequent layers should be no thicker than the previous one.
