Sikadur-31 + is a two-part, low-VOC, moisture-tolerant epoxy structural adhesive which bonds to many construction materials. It is also used for structural concrete repairs, joint filling, and crack sealing. It can be used in both do-it-yourself (DIY) and professional applications.

Structural strengthening (Principle 4, Method 4.3 of EN 1504-9). Bonding plate reinforcement
Structural strengthening (Principle 4, Method 4.4 of EN 1504-9). Increasing the bearing capacity of the concrete structure by adding mortar

The Product is used for bonding the following materials:

Concrete.
Natural stone.
Ceramics.
Fibre cement.
Mortar.
Brick masonry.
Brick slips.
Steel.

The Product is used for repairing and reprofiling:

Structural concrete elements such as beams, columns, and walls.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.

If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.
