It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How do I mix Sika MonoTop 3020?
Pour the minimum recommended clean water quantity in a suitable mixing container. While stirring slowly, add the powder to the water and mix thoroughly for at least for 3 minutes adding additional water if necessary to the maximum specified amount and adjust to the required consistency to achieve a smooth consistent mix. The consistency must be checked after every mix.
