It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Sika MaxMix Powder Mortar Tone can be used on:
- Mortars, renders and screeds.
- Cement containing products.
- Concrete.
How do I use Sika MaxMix Powder Mortar Tone?
Add Sika MaxMix Powder Mortar Tone to the dry mix in proportion to the amount of cement used, as the following guide:
- For light shades – add approx. 1 kg of Sika MaxMix Powder Mortar Tone per 50 kg of cement.
- For medium shades – add approx. 2 kg of Sika MaxMix Powder Mortar Tone per 50 kg of cement.
- For dark shades – add approx. 3 to 4 kg of Sika MaxMix Powder Mortar Tone per 50 kg of cement.
Add water to the mix in the normal way. Note that the final colour will only be evident after the product has dried.
What is the shelf life of Sika MaxMix Powder Mortar Tone?
The shelf life of Sika MaxMix Powder Mortar Tone is 36 months from date of manufacture when stored according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
