When you have placed your order our dispatch team will prepare your items for collection from our couriers. When the couriers have collected your items you will be emailed a tracking number.

Sika MaxMix Concentrated Frostproofer and Hardener is a non-corrosive, air entraining frostproofer and accelerator for mortar, render and screeds.
What can I use Sika MaxMix Concentrated Frostproofer and Hardener for?
Sika MaxMix Concentrated Frostproofer and Hardener can be used for:
- Mortars.
- Floor screeds.
- External/Internal cement based rendering.
- Emergency repair plugging aid when mixed neat with cement.
How do I prepare the materials before using Sika MaxMix Concentrated Frostproofer and Hardener?
All materials used must be free from ice and the temperature of the mix prior to placing must not be less than +4 ยฐC.
How do I use Sika MaxMix Concentrated Frostproofer and Hardener?
- Shake bottle before use. Measure correct dosage of Sika MaxMix Concentrated Frostproofer and Hardener:
- For frost protection down to -4 ยฐC: Add 250 mL per 25 kg cement.
- For frost protection below -4 ยฐC: Add 500 mL per 25 kg cement.
- Stir well to disperse, then add to sand and cement followed by the rest of required MaxMix/Water mix until required consistency is obtained.
- NEVER add this product directly to mix โ always let down in a portion of the gauging water.
- This admix contains a plasticiser hence total amount of water required will be reduced.
