It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.

If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

How do I mix Sika MonoTop 4012?
- Pour the minimum amount of water into a suitable clean mixing container or equipment.
- Gradually add the powder to the water while stirring slowly.
- Mix thoroughly for at least for 3 minutes, add additional water if necessary. Note: Do not add more water than the maximum specified amount.
- Adjust to the required consistency to achieve a smooth consistent mix.
- Check the consistency after every mix.
