- Suitable for use on all types of masonry including: concrete, brick, and stone.
- Can be used on surfaces that are both absorbent and dry to ensure an effective, protective layer against penetration of rainwater.
- Reduces efflorescence of brickwork.

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is Sika Water Repel +?
Sika Water Repel + is a non-flammable water repellent and protector on porous surfaces.
How do I prepare the surface before applying Sika Water Repel +?
- The surface to be treated must be absorbent and dry.
- Ensure masonry joints are sound.
- Re-point if necessary.
- Damaged stones need to be replaced or repaired.
- Remove any algae and green growth with Sika Mould Buster before use.
- The surface must be clean (dirt leads to lower absorption rate).
- Surface salt blooming needs to be removed mechanically followed by cleaning with water.
- Surfaces cleaned with water must be allowed to dry prior to application
How do I apply Sika Water Repel +?
Saturate the surface by brush, roller or low pressure spray. Apply Sika Water Repel+ until the surface no longer absorbs. Repeated application may be necessary for very absorbent substrates (apply wet on wet). Apply at temperatures between +10°C and +25°C.
