It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

Ambient Air Temperature: +5 °C min. / +30 °C max.
Substrate Temperature: +5 °C min. / +30 °C max.
How do I prepare the surface before applying Sika Anchorfix 2+?
Mortar and concrete must be older than 28 days. Substrate strength (for concrete, masonry, natural stone) must be verified. Pull-off tests must be carried out if the substrate strength is unknown. The anchor hole must always be clear and free from oil and grease, etc. Loose particles must be removed from the holes. If applying within flooded holes, the holes must be clean and contain uncontaminated water. Threaded rods and rebars have to be cleaned thoroughly from any oil, grease or any other substances and particles
such as dirt, etc.
