It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to issues with access to the delivery address, your goods will be returned to the local delivery depot for delivery on the next working day. Please note a redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied. If your order is undelivered and returned to us a restocking fee may also be applied.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions (eg weight restrictions, narrow roads). Failure to do so may incur a redelivery charge if the courier cannot access the delivery address due to undeclared or incorrect delivery restrictions. A redelivery charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied.
If your order is over 150kg it may be delivered on a pallet. The courier will notify you of a two hour delivery window. In the event that no one is available at the address to receive the delivery a charge of up to £89 plus VAT per pallet may be applied for redelivery.

What is SikaSeal 106 Construction?
SikaSeal 106 Construction is a low-modulus construction sealant for connection joints.
How do I prepare the surface before applying SikaSeal 106 Construction?
The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free of all contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, cement laitance, old sealants and poorly bonded paint coatings which could affect adhesion of the sealant. The substrate must be of sufficient strength to resist the stresses induced by the sealant during movement.
SikaSeal 106 Construction adheres without primers and/or activators.
Concrete, aerated concrete and cement based renders, mortars and bricks surfaces can be primed if required using SikaSeal 106 Construction dissolved in water (ratio 1:1–1:5) and applied by brush.
Iron and steel
Must be protected with an anti-corrosion primer.
